Tengu House will enter a new stage of its existence soon.
Gone will be the petty, pseudo-political arguments normally seen on this blog. They will be replaced with posts which are more heavily concerned with matters of concentration and mindfulness in everyday life. This purge of political content will also extend to me; As such, I will be re-writing my "ABOUT" page and abstaining from any firther political discussion on this site. Further, any other site espousing too heavy a political message (in any direction and for any reason) will have to go bye-bye from the links lists.
Expressing support for Buddhist efforts in Tibet, Sri Lanka, Thailand or Myanmar may constitute exceptions from this purge, but that will have to be decided on a case-by-case basis.
More Martial Arts related topics will appear, as will pictures and stories about the application of martial concepts in everyday life.
Also, this blog will contain much more about my attempt to incorporate Buddhist thought and practice in my daily living.
As it has become virtually impossible for me to keep up with the constant additions that are needed to the Missing Children Page, that page may simply be replaced with a link to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. I haven't decided yet, but either way, I need a new way to manage the whole Missing Children thing. The way I'm doing it now just isn't working for me.
The name "Tengu House" will not change - nor will its location on the Web, or its Web addy. Just its content. Look for these changes to begin appearing probably some time next week.
