I'm a kinda-professional musician and songwriter, very-amateur novel & short story writer, avid shooter and martial artist. I've been a paratrooper, an interrogator, a defense contractor, a semi-pro foosball player and a Buddhist monk. I love bass guitars, Jeeps, Mediterranean food (any food, really), foreign languages, 1/35 scale armor models and women of questionable morals. I'm a graduate of Camden Military Academy and the Defense Language Institute, and am hopelessly addicted to coffee, Coca-Cola and World of Tanks. I'm also a 46-year-old fat guy who'd probably rather correct your grammar than hang out with you. Just sayin'.
I blog about guns and military stuff, atheism and science, basses and bass-related gear, music, politics and the Houston Astros.
