I've been through various incarnations of this blog group. Right now I'm focusing on OUTLAW BASS PLAYER, a chronicle of my adventures as the bass player for the band Outlaw Lynn & Who's Drivin' (now simply called Outlaw Lynn).

I'm an American Buddhist, practicing (sort of) in the Shambhala tradition, although I've also trained with the Taiwanese (Chinese) order Fo Guang Shan. I have a background in military intelligence and foreign languages, international infrastructure and government support, but now work in the oil & gas sector.

I'm a novel & short story writer and a songwriter, an avid martial artist (aikido, karate, judo, jodo, iaido, kendo). My passions include (but are not limited to) Jeeps, mountain bikes, mediteranean food and guitars - not necessarily in that order. I also dig 1/35 scale armor models and women of questionable morals. :)
